Cancellation, refund and no-show policy: Registrants may cancel tickets up to 31 days prior to the conference for a full refund minus a $25 processing fee. Refund requests within 30 days of the conference will be evaluated on a case by case basis. All refund payments will be processed within two weeks following the conference. If you register and do not attend, you will be invoiced for a $25 administrative fee as our guarantees to the venue counted your attendance.
